Send an emailWhy is extra content locked?
Extra content can be unlocked with an optional rewarded ad. Daily items remain available when an ad is not ready.
Premium is missing
Use Settings → Restore Purchases and confirm you use the same Apple Account.
The 12:00 notification did not arrive
Check iPhone Settings → Notifications → HiStory. Focus or Scheduled Summary may delay it.
Can I change advertising choices?
Open HiStory → Settings → Advertising privacy choices. ATT can be changed in iOS Settings.
I found a content error
Email the title, issue, and a source when possible for editorial review.
Does it work offline?
Some cached and saved items work offline. New content and catalog updates need internet.
How do I change preferences?
Use Settings. Country and interests affect recommendations; precise location is not used.
